We think that it will not be right for clients that pay for this service regardless of whether and when they might need it, compared to some other clients who may have even years to renew it and they wish to renew, if they like, only when they will actually need it. According to the announcement you have already received, the cost of yearly update and support package from 01/04/2019 will be €70 + VAT 24%, while the renewal for expired subscriptions will be €100 + VAT 24%. This is a part of termination support and update for version 1.xx and support only for versions 2.x.x from this date.
